Education in Esbatini :
Esbatini began her education in primary, secondary, and high school education (GET), and at the third level for pre-school education, general education, and training through universities and colleges. Pre-school education is required for children 5 years of age or younger to be enrolled in primary school.
And at the age of six, primary education is introduced and at the age of seven, it is evaluated locally and primary school examinations are conducted which are conducted by the examination council.
Secondary and higher secondary education consists of two parts, one is a three-year junior secondary and the other is a two-year senior secondary medium. In these 5 years, two programs are conducted. Secondary to higher secondary is improved through an external public examination. After passing the Senior Secondary, one has to take the Swaziland General Certificate of Secondary Education again and take the Advanced Studies course.
Esbatini has many public schools, including primary, secondary and high schools, and private schools.
The two institutions that provide higher education are the University of Swatini, the Southern African Nazarene University and the SCU. The National University was established by an Act of Parliament in 1982 and the Nazarene College of Nursing was established in 2010. SCU, a medical institution, was established in 2010.
